THE PROJECT PROBLEMS:

· Systems analysis and modeling of fundamental processes of aging.

· Developing the systems technologies for bioactivation and retardation of ageing.

· Creating of computer systems for diagnostics and prevention of ageing.

THE PROJECT AIM: Experimental investigation of bioactivation and geroprotection effects on animals and human beings

 

THE PROJECT PROBLEMS:

· Studying of short- and long-term effects of geroprophylactic and bioactivating remedies and factors.

· Experimental testing of aging hypotheses and theories, in particular new immuno-regulatory theory of ageing.

· Creating original computer systems and equipment for research of aging processes.

THE PROJECT AIM: Experimental investigation of various remedies and factors effects on the processes of living cell ageing

· Theoretically study and modeling of ageing processes at a cellular level

· Experimentally testing of aging hypotheses and theories on cellular models.

· Experimentally study of various type geroprotector effects on processes of ageing at a cellular level.

· Studying of geroprotective properties of hormones and bioactive substances.

· Investigating of thyroid pathologies as pathogenetic factor for various elderly diseases.

· Analyzing of mechanisms of feeding effects on health and longevity.

· Studying of the world experience on creation of health-improving and geroprotective diets.

· Development of algorithms and computer systems to analyze and optimize human feeding.

THE PROJECT AIM: Psychological prophylaxis and optimization of ageing process under megapolis conditions.

 

THE PROJECT PROBLEMS:

· Psycho-prophylaxis of ageing;

· Developing of means and methods for psychological help to people feeling stress, anxiety, chronic weariness, weakened by chronic somatic illnesses;

· Creating of techniques for operative help to people, experiencing distress, depression, fear, to those who have not been satisfied with quality of their life.

· Systems analysis of disease and death risk factors.

· Developing of methods for risk estimation and also means and methods for risk management at conceptual and application levels.

· Elaboration of programs for risk management on individual, group and population scales.

· Systems analysis of adverse factor influences on activity of organism functional systems, on a character of adaptable reactions and a biological age;

· Elaboration and clinical testing of means and methods for increasing organism resistance to adverse exogenous and endogenous factors influencing mechanisms of ageing;

· Development of management methods for adaptable organism reactions with the purpose of biological age reduction and achievement of active creative longevity;

· Development of methodical recommendations on a healthy life-style and practical application for means and methods of anti-ageing medicine.
